Refund policy

Since the dreamcatchers are HANDMADE by the underprivileged women and are made on order(on small quantity basis) and are not MACHINE made hence two products will not be exactly same.
We try to replicate as much as possible. But not two will be exactly same and that's what makes the product unique and standout from others.

We have a 48-hour Exchange/ Return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and also 
unboxing video.

Refund/return is initiated when only the product is completely damaged or misplaced.

Products are made to order and will be similar to what anyone orders. Hence no exchange or return is possible if the customer changes his/her mind after receiving the parcel.

We don't provide refund if any customer changes his/her mind after placing the order and wants to cancel the order. Also we are not responsible for the delay in shipping caused due to PANDEMIC and no refund will be initiated for the same as we have already invested our time, energy and materials on making the product and delay in shipping is not in our hand.


To start a return, you can contact us at sacreationshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You have to self-ship the product and We will not cover the shipping charges for Return/Exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
